Rainy evening at the Wharf in Washington DC during the first few months of the pandemic.

Theaters and restaurants at Washington, DC's popular Wharf were forced to close during the COVID-19 lockdown. A usually crowded evening mile turned into a ghost town. The star spangled banner was seen entangled during a gloomy night while The Anthem theater just across displayed "We'll get thru this" on its signage. Shot: April 30th, 2020.
