Next, it’s really handy to be able to turn to data. Because if you have statistics that back up certain decisions over others, then it’s a no brainer. Here, you’re going to want to trust your instincts on whether the data you have is going to correlate with what’s best for your customer too.

And then finally, another thing that you can do if you’re really unsure on what to do, is to ask any expert.
