The agreement also provides Intel with a license to commercially develop technology created through the collaboration with Tyndall.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement researchers from Tyndall and Intel will investigate new materials, devices, and photonics technologies that with a potential impact on the performance and direction of future electronic systems. Tyndall&#8217;s research ranges from theoretical modeling and design to new materials, nanotechnology, device processing and fabrication, packaging and integration, and systems incorporating these devices.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement runs for three years and is valued at $1.5 million.
