As reported in Science &amp; Enterprise, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recognized this phenomenon in 2014 when it issued its <a href=\"http:\/\/sciencebusiness.technewslit.com\/?p=17921\">first guidance<\/a> on using social media for communications with patients.
