You have to make sure that you are looking after your team and that you are also keeping their best interests at heart. If you can do this, then you will soon find that it is easier for you to increase productivity overall. If you refuse to promote your company because you think that your services speak for themselves, then this will really not get you the results you are looking for. If you do not market, then you will not be growing your client base, and you may find that you end up stagnating. If all you do is look at your marketing efforts as being an expense, then this will be a detriment to your company, but with a bit of work, all of this can be avoided.<\/p>\n
