Oragenics makes consumer, clinical, and diagnostic biopharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oncothyreon.com\/\">Oncothyreon Inc.<\/a> in Seattle, Washington secured an equity financing deal with Small Cap Biotech Value, Ltd. Oncothyreon may sell up to $20 million of its common stock to Small Cap Biotech Value over a two-year period. Oncothyreon is a biotechnology company specializing in oncology products.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adeonapharma.com\/\">Adeona Pharmaceuticals, Inc.<\/a> in Ann Arbor, Michigan completed an equity financing of $1 million with Seaside 88, L.P.  The financing involves the sale of 1,212,121 registered shares of common stock.
