Linda Russano

My photos have been published in Wine Enthusiast, Wines from Spain News, The Smithsonian Associate, and various print and electronic media. Having started as a pre-teen with my father's Voigtlander, into high school with his best Canon until my own at graduation, it was a great way to share interests with him. We made traveling with mom, and capturing house and garden activities among our favorite subjects. While I enjoy collaborating with those who work regularly as professional photographers, I will take images to accompany my writing. My next project, coming up in September, will use IPhone photography and cinematic videography in Galicia, Spain for a new phase of my ongoing endeavors there that capture family, foodways, and natural resource management in the region. Visual Arts (non degree) at Corcoran School of Arts; Journalism Certificate at NYU; M.A., Writing at Johns Hopkins University. These pics throwback to 2008. facebook.com/linda.russanogarcia. Russano image 2 See and be Seen
October 2008, downtown Los Angeles. Even the sunglass displays have star quality.
2008, new to L.A., I joined a group of Photographers on a walk around downtown L.A. While the subject was mostly architecture and cityscapes, these images remind me of the fun of the day. Captured a builidng in those shades, too.
Russano image 3 All About the Shoes
